Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation policy Our primary focus is complete customer satisfaction. So it is always suggested to read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Spectra provides Broadband services and we do not entertain any Refund/Cancellation of any amount that may have been paid by the Subscriber(s) for an Annual/Semi Annual/Quarterly/Monthly package. It means No Payment Cancellation/Refund is permitted.

Any disputes in regard to payments/ refund/ cancellation of transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration / resolution on a case-to-case basis. Only in case of non-feasibility of a New Connection, refund is made by Spectra. The time for the refund for such cases is approximately 5 to 7 weeks from the date of refund confirmation by Spectra payment team.

Refundable security deposit against any physical assets will be entertained only on returning the physical asset in working condition.

In case of Billing disputes, Spectra subscriber(s) are required to email us with the specific concern on support@spectra.co. The concern will be addressed in approximately 5 to 7 weeks, in case, any dispute is identified, it will be compensated by way of a discount / credit note adjusted in the account of the subscriber(s).

Please Note: It will be the responsibility of the customer to verify the identity of salesman/agent before handing over of money. In case of any doubt regarding the salesman or price of plan, please confirm the same with our Customer Care (nos for the same are mentioned in the website). Shyam Spectra Private Limited will not be responsible for providing service in case of non-receipt of money at its Account.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Term Contract Plans have a lot of amazing features for me to enjoy, so once it commences, any changes or termination of the plan by me will not result in any refund or reimbursement. During the validity period of the Term Contract Plans I will not be entitled to discontinue the contract plan. At the end of the contract period, it shall be automatically renewed for the contract plan duration for another term on the same terms. In the unlikely event of I not wishing to renew the contract, I will inform Spectra, in writing, fifteen days before the expiry of the current contract.
  • I will not use this internet connection for any activities as listed under the "Other Service Providers" registration granted by the Department of Telecommunications of Govt. of India., from time to time.
  • All the information and supporting documents provided by me are true and complete.
  • The terms and conditions are applicable to all Term Contract Plans, irrespective of the mode of payment. I have read and understood the terms and conditions mentioned herein and agree to the same and furthermore that any violation of this declaration may result in the termination of my internet services without any prior notice from Spectra.
  • As per TRAI guidelines, I shall provide required documents and sign hard copy of customer agreement form (CAF) brought by Spectra sales executive for further processing/verification.
    I understand that activation of the services is subject to positive verification by Shyam Spectra Private Limited (Formerly known as Citycom Networks Private Limited).
